Born in South Korea, Mun Jang Hee graduated from the Fine Arts department, Kay won High School of Arts, Kyunggi-do, Korea. 1987-1990. She did her Bachelor's degree in Oriental Painting from Hong-Ik University, Seoul in 1993. She conducted research in Mural Painting in the Central Academy of Fine arts, Beijing, China. 1997-1998. Studied Lacquer Painting in M.F.A Department Si-Chuan Art Institute, China 1999.

 

She started teaching as a lecturer at the Sol Go Art Institute, South Korea from 1994 to 1998. She has participated in several National International exhibitions, including Art camps. She also exhibited her artworks in solo and group exhibitions across India, China, and Finland.
